Following the issue of the new shares the Company's issued share capitalwill be 7,595,830,782 ordinary shares. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new shares,which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares,to be admitted to trading on AIM expected on or around 16 September 2016.The above figure of 7,595,830,782 may be used by shareholders as thedenominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, theshare capital of the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and TransparencyRules.
