Criminal case against Vladimir Evtushenkov dropped
Moscow, Russia - January 13, 2016 - Sistema JSFC (LSE: SSA, hereinafter - Sistema), a diversified public holding company, announces that the criminal case against its majority shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors Vladimir Evtushenkov in connection with the acquisition of BashTek group has been dropped as it was found that no crime was committed.
