19 April 2016: Sierra Rutile Limited (AIM:SRX) ("Sierra Rutile" or the "Company") announces that it was informed on 20 April 2016 that, as at 19 April 2016, Neon Liberty Capital Management was interested in 34,867,400 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company, representing 5.85% of the issued share capital of the Company.
