3 February 2009: Titanium Resources Group ("TRG" or "the Company") announces the resignation of Len Comerford as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
The Board has appointed John Sisay, currently a Director of TRG, as the Company's new Chief Executive. The Board also expects to announce the appointment of additional Non-Executive Directors shortly.
Walter Kansteiner, Chairman of TRG, said:
"The Board is grateful to Len for his significant contribution to the Company over the last three years and we wish him well for the future. I would also like to congratulate John on his appointment as Chief Executive and look forward to working with him on the opportunities ahead."
