3Β February 2009: Titanium Resources Group ("TRG" or "the Company") announcesΒ the resignationΒ ofΒ Len ComerfordΒ asΒ Chief Executive Officer of the CompanyΒ with immediate effect.Β Β
The Board has appointedΒ John Sisay, currentlyΒ aΒ Director ofΒ TRG, as the Company'sΒ newΒ Chief Executive.Β The Board also expects toΒ announce the appointment of additional Non-Executive Directors shortly.
Walter Kansteiner,Β ChairmanΒ of TRG, said:
