SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC ("SRT" or the "Company") AIS Class B Distribution Agreement The Directors of SRT are pleased to announce that the Company has signed anagreement with True Heading AB of Sweden for the distribution of SRT's AISClass B product.True Heading is based in Stockholm and is primarily targeting the 400,000vessel Swedish market with a range of marine electronic equipment. Thedirectors of True Heading have many years' experience of the AIS market havingpreviously worked for Saab's marine division. True Heading is already workingwith the Swedish authorities and believes that the market for AIS Class B inSweden and other Scandinavian countries will be considerable.Under the distribution agreement, True Heading will purchase complete AIS ClassB transponders, which SRT is having manufactured on its behalf in China.Simon Tucker, SRT's Commercial Director said: "SRT has known the management ofTrue Heading for many years and are delighted to be working with them as ourdistributor.
