Fundraising Confirmation
Pursuant to the Company's announcement of an equity fundraising on 17 March 2016, the board of Sirius is pleased to confirm that following receipt of the placing monies the new ordinary shares have been admitted to trading on AIM. The enlarged number of ordinary shares in issue is now 1,888,029,523 and this number should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest, to the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
