Fundraising Confirmation

Pursuant to the Company's announcement of an equity fundraising on 12 July 2016, the board of Sirius is pleased to confirm that following receipt of the subscription proceeds, application has been made for the admission of 200,000,000 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM ("Subscription Shares"). It is expected that the Subscription Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on or around 27 July 2016.

Following the issue of shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 2,088,029,523. This number should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest, to the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
