AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

Sunrise Resources plc (ticker symbol "SRES"), the AIM-traded company focusing on the development of the CS Pozzolan-Perlite Project in Nevada, USA, advises that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2019, including the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), is available for download on the Company's website at www.sunriseresourcesplc.com/financial-reports  and will be posted to shareholders today.

 

The AGM will be held on Thursday 19 March 2020 at 12:00 noon at the Company's offices at Silk Point, Queens Avenue, Macclesfield, Cheshire SK10 2BB.
