SigmaRoc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build construction materials group, announces that, today, Charles Trigg, Technical Director and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"), purchased 37,974 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 39.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Trigg's total interest in the Company is now 37,974 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the total voting rights of the Company.
