Shareholder Notifications

The Company confirms today that it has received notifications from the following shareholders of the Company:

Investec Asset Management gave notice on 28 July 2011 that it had subscribed for 3,320,059 common shares in the placing which completed on 25 July 2011 (the "Placing"), and purchased a further 59,941 common shares on 25 July 2011. Accordingly, Investec Asset Management now holds 3,380,000 common shares representing 7.46% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

Artemis UK Smaller Companies gave notice on 28 July 2011 that it had subscribed for 2,656,047 common share in the Placing, and accordingly now holds 2,656,047 common shares representing 5.87% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

Blackrock UK Smaller Companies Fund gave notice on 28 July 2011 that it had subscribed for 2,263,269 common shares in the Placing and accordingly now holds 2,263,269 representing 5.00% of the total issued shares in the Company and Blackrock Inc gave notice on 28 July 2011 that as a consequence of subscriptions by Blackrock Investment Management (UK) Limited and Blackrock Smaller Companies Funds its total indirect holding in the Company was 4,448,880 representing 9.83% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

Finally, in accordance with AIM Rule 17, the Company is also aware of the following, additional significant shareholders in the Company as a consequence of the Placing:

Standard Life Investments subscribed for 2,656,047 common shares representing 5.87% of the total issued share capital of the Company and Hargreave Hale subscribed for 1,660,030 common shares representing 3.67% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
