Annual General Meeting Postponed

Spectra (AIM: SPSY.L) announces that it does not have enough shareholder votes to achieve a quorum at its scheduled Annual General Meeting on 1 December 2016. As such, the Company has postponed the meeting.

The Company continues to trade in line with market expectations.
