The Company announces that it purchased 1,850,000 of its ordinary shares of nil par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 30 pence per share on Friday, 20 March 2009. All of the repurchased shares will be held in treasury.
Following the purchase of these Ordinary Shares the Companywill have 73,150,000 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding the Ordinary Shares held in treasury).
