Highvern Trustees Limited, (formerly Coutts & Co Trustees (Jersey) Limited), owned by MNM Holdings Limited, in its capacity as trustee of a settlement, indirectly held 27,776,274, ordinary shares in Sportech Plc which are held directly by Sulby Limited, an undertaking controlled by Highvern. Newby Manor Ltd (a company ultimately owned by the family interests of Mr Trevor Hemmings) continues to have a notifiable interest in these shares under DTR 5.3(1) (b) (holdings of financial instruments with similar economic effecty to Qualifying Financial Instruments). This holding has decreased due to a sale of 17,500,000 shares.
