Sportech, the international betting technology business, announces that Chris Rigg has decided to stand down from his position as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 May 2021.
Giles Vardey, Chairman of Sportech, said: "On behalf of the Board and our shareholders, I would like to thank Chris for his valued contributions in developing the Group's strategy and also for his overall work with the Board. We wish him continued success in the future."
Chris Rigg, commented: "Sportech has undergone significant transformation since I joined in January 2019, and I wish the business well as it concludes on the previously announced disposals."
