Board appointments
Sportech, an international betting and technology business, is pleased to announce that Paul Humphreys will join as an Independent Non-executive Director, effective 1 September 2022 in order to further strengthen the Board, bringing with him significant experience that is highly relevant to the strategy of the Group.
Richard McGuire, Chairman commented "Paul brings over 30 years main board experience and a successful track record focused on shareholder value creation. We are therefore delighted with this appointment, which further strengthens the financial expertise and independence of the Board."
