Directors' Dealings

Sinclair IS Pharma plc (SPH.L), ("Sinclair" or the "Group") the international specialty pharma company, was informed on 2 May 2014 that earlier that day Stuart Swanson, a Non-Executive Director, acquired 900,000 ordinary shares in Sinclair at an average price of 30.6214p per share. Following this purchase Stuart Swanson has a beneficial interest in 8,880,854 ordinary shares representing 1.79% of the Group's issued ordinary share capital.
