Sopheon Named as a "Leader" in Strategic Portfolio Management by Independent Research Firm

Sopheon, the international provider of software, expertise, and best practices for Enterprise Innovation Performance, today announced it has been named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Strategic Portfolio Management Tools, Q3 2017. Sopheon earned the highest scores possible in the following eight current offering criteria: program/product management, alignment, validation, collaboration, data security, integrated risk management, practical usability and integration support.

Forrester differentiates strategic portfolio management solutions from traditional project portfolio management (PPM) solutions that are "locked into project management elements - schedule, resources and costs."1 Forrester believes strategic portfolio management "should act as a corporate command center [focusing] on value, capacity, and time-to-realize value.
