Aisi, aΒ property investment company focusing on development projects andΒ related investments in Ukraine,Β announcesΒ thatΒ David Flitterman, a Non-executive Director,Β and Helen Maximov, an Executive board member, have tendered their resignations from the Company to pursue other interests.Β
Mr Flitterman, who is basedΒ inΒ Spain, hasΒ resigned with immediate effect while Ms Maximov, based in Boston, USA,Β will beΒ leaving the Company on 24 December 2009.
The Company is in discussions with potential candidates for the above posts and will make further announcements in due course.
