Investment Update

Following the Company's announcement on 23 July 2008 re its investment in Honour Field, the Company is pleased to announce that the acquisition of Honour Field has now been completed by Ninety Plc and the enlarged company has been admitted to trading on AIM. As a result of this transaction the Company now holds 8,937,778 ordinary shares being equal to 38.7 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of Ninety Plc

nb: Ninety plc is to be renamed Sorbic International plc effective 1 October 2008
