Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)
The Company announces that it has been advised that Sylvia Coleman, a Director of the Company, has acquired 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, at a price of 88 pence per share. Following this transaction, Ms Coleman holds a total of 25,000 Ordinary Shares, which equates to 0.004% of the issued share capital. Details of this transaction can be found in the Notification of Dealing Form below.
The Company has also been advised that Chris Helm, CFO of the Investment Adviser, The Family (Music) Limited, has acquired 3,935 Ordinary Shares, at a price of 88.5 pence per share, and now holds a total of 10,217 Ordinary Shares. Further, the Company has been advised that Bjorn Lindvall, COO of the Investment Adviser, has acquired 5,577 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 89.64 pence per share, and now holds a total of 39,673 Ordinary Shares
