Statpro Group PLC29 January 2007 STATPRO GROUP PLC 29 January 2007 Total Voting Rights In accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 theBoard of StatPro Group plc ("the Company") is required to notify the market ofthe following: As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 52,481,320 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each, with votingrights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares inTreasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rightsis 52,481,320.
