Result of AGM
StatPro Group plc, (AIM:SOG), the AIM listed provider of portfolio analysis and asset pricing services for the global asset management industry, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held at 6pm on 2 May 2013 the resolutions numbered 1 to 10 were approved by shareholders on a show of hands. The results of the proxies were as follows:

Following the proposal of a resolution to renew the Company Unapproved Share Option Plan ("CUSOP"), after consultation with some shareholders and remuneration consultants, the Board decided to withdraw the scheme and to present a new proposal at a later date. Therefore, Resolution 11 was withdrawn at the AGM.
