TEMPORARY SUSPENSION FOR ONE DAY ON AIM TO ALLOW REGISTRATION OF CONSOLIDATED SECURITIES |
AIM and ASX listed Wildhorse Energy Limited ('WHE' or 'the Company') advises that the Company has requested that admission of the Company's ordinary shares in consolidated form to AIM be set for Wednesday 3 December 2014. The indicative timetable as set out in the announcement of 24 October 2014, anticipated that the consolidated shares were scheduled to be admitted to trading on AIM on 2 December 2014. The change in date was required to enable the Company' Share Registry to finalise the mechanics involved in crediting the relevant CREST accounts.
The Company's shares will be temporarily suspended for one day only on AIM pending admission of the consolidated shares to trading on AIM which is now expected to take place on 3 December 2014. The Company's shares will continue to trade on ASX in line with the previously advised timetable.
