AIM Disclosure Update

Synectics (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration, control and management of advanced surveillance technology and networked security systems, makes the following announcement pursuant to Schedule 2, paragraph (g) and AIM Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies. The Company has been informed by David Coghlan, Chairman of the Company, of the following changes to his director details: -

Mr Coghlan was appointed a director of Bentley Trustees Limited, previously Bentley Group Limited, on 15 July 1996. On 30 July 1996 an initial meeting of creditors was called resulting in the company completing a Company Voluntary Arrangement on 17 March 1997.
