Total Voting Rights

Sabien Technology Group plc (AIM: SNT), the manufacturer and supplier of M1G and M2G energy efficiency technologies, is pleased to announce that further to the passing of the resolutions at the General Meeting held today, application has been made for the 47,500,000 new ordinary shares (the "Placing Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and Admission will occur on 19 April 2017.

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 110,254,867 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company will not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights will be 110,254,867. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
