Director's Shareholding

Sabien Technology Group PLC (AIM: SNT), the manufacturer and supplier of M2G, a boiler energy efficiency technology, has been notified that on 26 March 2014 Karl Monaghan, a non-executive director, transferred 32,000 ordinary shares of five pence ("Ordinary Shares") each in the Company to his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) at a price of 33.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this transaction Karl Monaghan's holding remains unchanged at 1,258,504 Ordinary Shares which represent approximately 4% of the Company's issued share capital.
