SNR, the AIM listed natural resources developer operating in South Africa, announces that on 17 December 2012 Don Nicolson, Deputy Chairman of the Company, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 26.38p per Ordinary Share. In addition, on 18 December 2012, he acquired a further 75,000 Ordinary shares at an average price of 26.5p.
Following these share purchases, Mr Nicolson now has a total beneficial interest in 100,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.06% of SNR's total issued share capital.
