Synairgen plc (AIM: SNG) has received notification that, on 9 December 2011, Mr Paul Clegg, a non-executive director of the Company, transferred 80,000 shares of his shareholding in the Company into his pension plan, held in the name of Wertheim Securities Paul Clegg.
Following this transfer of shares in Synairgen, Mr Clegg's beneficial holding remains unchanged at 184,095 ordinary shares, which represents 0.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
