Withdrawal of Requisition of General Meeting

Further to the announcement made on 17 December 2012, and following the announcement on 18 January 2013 of the resignation of Richard Bennett as a director of the Company, MXC Capital Limited has confirmed that it has withdrawn its requisition to convene a general meeting and all resolutions.
