Coms, a leading provider of Infrastructure, Managed Services and Smart Buildings solutions, was notified on 14 December 2015 that Mark Braund, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 1 million ordinary shares in the Company today at a price of 1.0 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mark is interested in 5,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.4% per cent. of Coms' issued share capital.
