The following directors of directors of Silence Therapeutics plc have interests in the shares as follows: Jerry Randall 120,000 Philip Howarth 334,302 David U'Prichard 50,000 Annette Clancy 68,284 The following directors have options to subscribe ordinary shares as follows: Jerry Randall has 200,000 options exercisable at 29.5p until 25 September 2018. Philip Howarth has 1,325,000 options exercisable at 21.225p until 5 January 2020. Annette Clancy has 200,000 options exercisable at 29.5p until 25 September 2018. David U'Prichard has a total of 600,000 options. 250,000 of those options are exercisable at 23p until 24 July 2015 and 350,000 of those options are exercisable at 20p until 4 December 2018.
