Exercise of warrants
The Company announces that it has received notice from ISM Capital to exercisewarrants over 2,000,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") of 0.1p each at anexercise price of 1 pence per Ordinary Share. Accordingly, the Company willissue, in aggregate, 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares in settlement of this exercise(the "Warrant Exercise").The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Sharesand application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted totrading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will becomeeffective and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on24 October 2012.Following the Warrant Exercise, the Company's issued share capital will consistof 1,470,202,737 0.1p Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
