Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust is pleased to confirm it has completed the purchase of a portfolio of three offices located in York, Milton Keynes, and Dartford for a total of £13.25m, reflecting an initial yield of 7.4%.
Jason Baggaley, Fund Manager of SLIPIT, said: “This purchase continues our approach of buying quality office properties in strong locations, let to prime tenants. We believe each of the offices has good potential for rental growth over the medium term, whilst providing an attractive income return in the meantime.
Following this transaction, the Company has an investment portfolio of 42 properties totalling just over £300m. It is also in solicitors hands on three other purchases and two sales.
