The Company announces that on 16 January 2020, pursuant to the authority granted by shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 27 September 2019, it purchased for cancellation (through Cantor Fitzgerald Europe acting as the Company's broker) the following number of its ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
