Total Voting Rights
Following announcement earlier today of the admission to trading on AIM of 642,529,685 new San Leon ordinary shares, resulting from the merger of San Leon and Aurelian Oil & Gas plc, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 1,871,962,470, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
In addition, San Leon maintains a blocklisting in respect of a further 10,459,418 ordinary shares to satisfy future requests by holders of exchangeable shares (resultant from San Leon's acquisition of Realm Energy International Corporation) to exchange such shares for new San Leon ordinary shares.
San Leon also has a sponsored Level 1 ADR programme (ISIN is US79846M1036).
