San Leon, the independent oil and gas production, development and exploration company focussed on Nigeria, was informed on 11 May 2020 that funds managed by Toscafund Asset Management LLP held 228,771,927 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 50.85% of the issued share capital of the Company, following the sale of 98,000,000 ordinary shares on 7 May 2020.
