The following amendment has been made to the 'Exercise of Warrants; Total voting rights' announcement released on 28 May 2020 at 15:30 under RNS No 2634O. The announcement now includes the expected admission date of the Warrant Shares.
All other details remain unchanged.

Exercise of Warrants
Integumen announces that it has received notification from a warrant holder to exercise warrants over 3,000,000 shares in the share capital of Integumen ("the Warrant Shares"). The consideration for the exercise of the Warrant Shares amounts, in aggregate, to a cash value of £45,000.
Total voting rights
The Warrant Shares were allotted on 28 May 2020. Application has been made for the Warrant Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), and Admission is expected to be on or about 3 June 2020. These shares will rank pari passu with the ordinary shares of the Company in issue.
The Company's total issued share capital, following the issue of the Warrant Shares, will be 1,075,416,903 ordinary shares. As the Company does not hold any shares in Treasury, this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company following Admission.
