Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), the premium performance nutrition company serving elite athletes, sports enthusiasts and the gym lifestyle community, announces that Non-Executive Director Raymond Duignan has indicated his intention to step down from the Board in due course, pending the appointment of a new Non-Executive Director.

Raymond, who joined the Board on 1 July 2015, will continue to chair the Company's Audit Committee until his successor is in office and an orderly transition of responsibilities has taken place.

The recruitment process for the appointment of the new Non-Executive Director is underway and further announcements will be made as appropriate.
