Director Resignation

Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), a leading sports nutrition company, announces that Vivienne Sparks is to step down from her position as Finance Director of the Company. Mrs Sparks has agreed to stay in the role for the presentation of the interim results of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2015 and, accordingly, is expected to remain in the role until late September 2015.

The Company intends to appoint an interim Finance Director to assist in the transitional period, before making a permanent appointment in due course.
