Sirius Financial Solutions PLC03 October 2006 Sirius Financial Solutions plc Issue of share options Under the terms of the Company's Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme, theRemuneration Committee has today approved the grant to Mr M Dodd of options over50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each. The options may be exercised between 3October 2009 and 3 October 2013 at a price of 152.5p each. The exercise of theoptions will be subject to and conditional upon the earnings per shareincreasing by at least 15 per cent. per annum over any period of threeconsecutive financial years (commencing no earlier than the financial yearending 31 December 2006). Mr Dodd also holds options over a further 115,000 Ordinary Shares in the Companyand beneficially owns 56,065 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.32 per cent. of itsissued share capital.
