Sirius Financial Solutions PLC20 April 2006 Sirius Financial Solutions plc Directors' shareholdings Sirius Financial Solutions has been notified that the following Directors havetoday purchased Ordinary Shares in the Company: P J Race has purchased 5,108 Ordinary Shares at a price of 135p per share. As aresult of this purchase, Mr Race is beneficially interested in 5,108 OrdinaryShares in the Company, representing 0.03 per cent. of the issued ordinary sharecapital, and holds options over a further 70,000 Ordinary Shares. M P Dodd has purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 135p per share and afurther 9,321 Ordinary Shares at a price of 140p per share. As a result ofthese purchases, Mr Dodd is beneficially interested in 38,057 Ordinary Shares inthe Company, representing 0.22 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital,and holds options over a further 118,780 Ordinary Shares.
