Correction in relation to PDMR announcement
Following the Company's announcement of 22 December 2020 (RNS No 5227J), a typographical error was noted in the number of shares held by Mr. Leslau, whose holding is 31,439,059 shares rather than 31,039,059 as stated. His total indirect interest increased by 1,277,992 shares rather than 878,392 shares. The total management team shareholding was stated correctly at 40,164,756 shares, or 12.4% of the Company.
