Board Change

The Company wishes to announce that David Craine is retiring from the board with effect from today, having served as a director since early 2005. The Board intends to appoint a new non-executive director and a further announcement will be made in due course.

Lynn Bruce, Director, commented: "I would like to thank David for his contribution to the Company over many years and particularly with our recent transition. He leaves the Company in a strong position going forward and I wish him well in his future endeavours."
