Proposed Final Dividend
As set out in the preliminary results announcement on 1 March 2011, the Board of Share plc proposes a final ordinary dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 10 June 2011, of 0.30 pence per share payable on 21 June 2011 to shareholders on the register on 20 May 2011.
Ex-dividend date for proposed final dividend 18 May 2011
Record date for proposed final dividend 20 May 2011
Annual General Meeting 10 June 2011
