Update on re-registration of shares announced on 9 April 2015

On 9 April 2015 Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) notified that 15,912,386 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the ownership of the Gavin Oldham No1 Trust (of which Mr. Oldham is a beneficiary) had been re-registered into HSBC Global Custody Nominee (UK) Limited (the "Re-Registration"). The Re-Registration had been effected pursuant to the grant of security by Mr. Oldham in favour of HSBC Private Bank (UK) Limited ("HSBC").

The Company was notified today that on 7 August 2015 Mr. Oldham received notification from HSBC that the 15,912,386 Ordinary Shares referred to above are no longer charged to HSBC.

Following the above mentioned dealing, there is no change in the beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares of Mr. Oldham, as announced on 17 June 2015, and he continues to have a beneficial interest and voting rights in 35,911,010 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 25.0% of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, there has been no change to the Gavin Oldham concert party's total interest of 98,904,540 Ordinary Shares (as announced on 20 July 2015) which represents approximately 68.85% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
