Share plc (AIM: SHRE.LN) announces that Iain Wallace, Compliance and Legal Services Director of the Company, has today exercised 86,111 options over Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.06% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of 20.0 pence per Ordinary Share. These options were granted in November 2001 under the Company's EMI arrangements and were therefore due to expire in November 2011.
Iain Wallace has also today sold the 86,111 shares at 22.0 pence per ordinary share.
Following these transactions, Iain Wallace's holding in the company remains unchanged at 131,151 shares representing approximately 0.09% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
