Share plc (AIM: SHRE.LN) announces that under the Company's process of awarding options to Senior Managers and Directors every six months, the following awards have been made:

Gavin Oldham, Chief Executive, has been granted options over 11,145 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.01% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of 22.5 pence per Ordinary Share. These options have been granted on an unapproved basis outside of the Company's EMI arrangements. Following this grant, Gavin Oldham holds 173,852 Ordinary Shares under option (representing 0.12% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).

Richard Stone, Finance Director, has been granted options over 9,863 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.01% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of 22.5 pence per Ordinary Share. These options have been granted on an unapproved basis outside of the Company's EMI arrangements. Following this grant, Richard Stone holds 836,097 Ordinary Shares under option or co-ownership agreements with the Employee Benefit Trust (representing 0.58% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).

Iain Wallace, Compliance and Legal Services Director, has been granted options over 10,034 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.01% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of 22.5 pence per Ordinary Share. These options have been granted under the Company's EMI arrangements. Following this grant, Iain Wallace holds 1,032,123 Ordinary Shares under option or co-ownership agreements with the Employee Benefit Trust (representing 0.72% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).
