Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that Gavin Oldham, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 0.007% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at a price of 21.4 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this dealing, Gavin Oldham personally holds 17,574,422 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 12.23% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) and, together with his concert parties, holds 101,337,447 Ordinary Shares (representing approximated 76.11% of the current issued Ordinary Shares)
