The Virginia Oldham Trust (a component of Gavin Oldham's concert party) sold 23,529 Ordinary Shares at a price of 25.50 pence per Ordinary Share.
Virginia Oldham (a member of Gavin Oldham's concert party) sold 49,023 Ordinary Shares held outside her ISA at a price of 25.50 pence per Ordinary Share and purchased 72,552 Ordinary Shares into her ISA at a price of 25.50 pence per Ordinary Share.
