Gavin Oldham, Executive Chairman of the Company, sold 31,432 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held outside of his ISA at a price of 35 pence per Ordinary Share.
Gavin Oldham, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 31,432 Ordinary Shares inside his ISA at a price of 35.10 pence per Ordinary Share.
Virginia Oldham, a member of Gavin Oldham's concert party, sold 31,432 Ordinary Shares held outside of her ISA at a price of 35 pence per Ordinary Share.
Virginia Oldham, a member of Gavin Oldham's concert party, purchased 31,432 Ordinary Shares inside her ISA at a price of 35.10 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, there have been no changes to the total holdings of Gavin Oldham and the concert party. Gavin Oldham holds 17,574,417 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 12.23% of the current issued Ordinary Shares. The Gavin Oldham concert party holds 109,337,442 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 76.11% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
